1. Acceptance
By using VibeBooky you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. The service
VibeBooky provides AI-assisted tools for creating, designing and exporting books. Features may change, and generated content is provided as-is.
3. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity on your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use VibeBooky.
4. Your content
You own the books you create. You grant VibeBooky the limited licence needed to host, process and export them for you. Don't create content that infringes rights, breaks the law, or violates our acceptable use rules (no illegal, hateful, sexual content involving minors, or spam).
5. AI output
AI output can be inaccurate or generic. You are responsible for reviewing, editing and verifying anything you publish. VibeBooky doesn't guarantee originality of AI output and doesn't warrant it's fit for any specific purpose.
6. Payments & credits
Paid plans and credits are billed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from Settings. Credits consumed for generation are non-refundable.
7. Termination
You can delete your account any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms.
8. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, VibeBooky's liability is limited to fees you paid in the last 12 months.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance. Contact us via /contact.
