1. Who we are
VibeBooky is an AI-powered book creation platform maintained by the VibeBooky team. Contact: /contact.
2. Data we collect
- Account data — email, name, and authentication identifiers you provide when signing up.
- Content you create — book titles, outlines, chapters, covers and design settings stored so you can access and export them.
- Payment data — handled by Stripe; we store only subscription state and identifiers, never card numbers.
- Usage data — basic analytics (page views, feature usage) to improve the product.
3. How we use your data
To provide the service, generate your books, process payments, respond to support requests, and improve VibeBooky. We do not sell personal data.
4. AI processing
Prompts and content you submit are processed by our AI providers (OpenAI) to generate text and covers. Providers process data on our behalf under their standard terms and do not use your content to train their models.
5. Subprocessors
We use Supabase (hosting/auth/storage), Stripe (payments), and OpenAI (AI generation).
6. Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time from Settings, or by contacting us. EU/UK users have rights under GDPR including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
7. Retention
Content is kept while your account is active. Deleting a book removes it immediately; deleting your account removes all associated data within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal/accounting reasons.
